I don't know if people already know about this, but after reading of other Voodoo 3 users' success, I downloaded and install the old 1.03.00 drivers (found at FalconFly's site: http://www.falconfly.de/voodoo3.htm) - and was amazed to find that the game no longer locked-up when using different camera angles!
There may be other old drivers for other Voodoo cards that have a similar effect, so give it a go!

Pescato da 3dfxunderground forum: in sintesi per giocare a gta3 provate a scaricare i vecchi driver 1.03.00 dal link sopraindicato, dovrebbero risolvere alcuni problemi di incompatibilità e di lock-up durante il gioco......
