Il coder Omega ha rilasciato una nuova versione dei suoi celebri quanto apprezzati Omega Driver, questa release (2.4.72) รจ basata sugli ultimi driver Sapphiretech.
Ecco cosa introducono:
Based on the leaked 9072 drivers from the Sapphiretech site.
The desktop lockup problems have been solved, ATI changed a key position in the registry that I was not aware off, now is fixed and the drivers should work on all boards.
Added a new resolution, 1200x900, and like the other "special" resolutions, is only avaiable in one refresh rate setting.
Added higher refresh rate options for those of you that are lucky enough to have ultra high quality monitors.
Now you can choose between 75Hz, 85Hz and 100Hz in the "special" resolutions during setup.
Added more tweaks to the drivers to speed them up.
Added a new PowerPlay option.
Vsinc slider is now present in the ATI control panel if you want to force V-Sinc in D3D and OpenGL.
Fixed Laptop support, now the drivers should install in ALL ATI Mobile cards.
Shaved some MBs off the drivers by removing obsolete language files that ATI doesn't use anymore. (All languages still available)
