non so se hai già deciso di formattare o hai già formattato ma per la prossima volta, devi eliminare quel file anche dalla cartella prefetch di windows.

Non conosco questo ghostbusters, ma nel log che hai postato hai 22 spyware, la cosa migliore é eliminarli ovviamente...
