DirectCompute è una API integrata nelle DX11 che sfrutta la GPU per accelerare le applicazioni PC su Vista o Windows 7.
ecco a voi un bel bench che mette a confronto la velocità delle cpu rispetto alle gpu ;)
Per eseguire il test servono le DirectX 11, quindi Windows 7 o Vista SP2 aggiornato e una scheda ATI DirectX 11 oppure GeForce DX10 con driver aggiornati.
