C'è qualcuno che mi può dare qualche buon consiglio, senza dover per forza ricorrere all'assistenza pc?!? Sono stata attaccata nei giorni scorsi da miliardi di spyware e virus, che con gran fatica sono riuscita un pò ad eliminare con McAfee, Spybot e compagnia bella!! Ma rimangono ancora dei grossi problemi!! Il pc è lentissimo, e se clicco sul link di internet, mi si apre questa pagina: Warning - Detected SPYware! System error #384 Your IP address is 82.52.82.179. Using this address a remote computer has gained anaccess to your computer and probably is collecting the information about the sites you've visited and the files contained in the folder Temporary Internet Files. Attention! Ask for help or install the software for deleting secret information about the sites you visited. Your computer is full of evidences! ecc. Mi hanno detto che dovrei togliere tutti i virus e spyware e poi riformattare. C'è un altro sistema, senza dover correre il rischio di perdere poi anche tutti i dati? Grazie.
