Vista e CPU-GPU

Nel mentre stavo creando 1 dvd per mio papà con delle foto, ho fatto questa simpatica scoperta, ossia che vista si aiuta usando la GPU per fare la codifica del filmato!!!

E' corretto, Windows Vista utilizza, con il supporto del driver video, una delle  funzionalità offerte dalla tecnologia ATI Avivo di cui la tua scheda grafica è dotata.

aggiungo dal readme della nuova suite Live (che incorpora anche messenger):

"Solo per Movie Maker: Movie Maker non supporta Windows XP e richiede ATI Radeon 9500 (o versione successiva) o nVidia GeForce FX 5900 (o versione successiva)."
