Problema riprodurre i file su ScreenPlay HD

Ciao a tutti! Sono nuovo nel forum,da pocco che ho acquistato un ScreenPlay HD di 1 Tb per mia figlia, prima guardava tutti i film sul compiuter... Il problema e che non e possibile visualisare tutti i film, anche se sono tutti in formato DivX - avi . per qualcuno di loro mi da che non supporta i codec, altri proprio non partono. Lo so che esistono i convertitori per convertire da un formato al'altro, ma se sono dello stesso formato come si fa...
Ho provato aggiornare il firmware, senza nessun cambiamento, e sul compiuter si vedono senza problemi.

prova a capire che codec non supporta il lettore intanto

scusa, come facio a capire - mi da solo scritto che non suporta il codec, niente altro. E invece i altri film che proprio non si aprono...

sul pc non riesci a controllare il codec di quello che va? gli altri andranno convertiti di conseguenza

Con tutto il rispetto, non sono un esperto in queste cose, non lo so come si po visualisare i codec e neanche convertire, diciamo che da un formato al'altro riesco...

che player usi per visualizzarli sul pc?

Media player classic ... ma che importanza a con cosa li guardo sul compiuter...

perchè il programma è in grado di dirti con che codec il video è stato fatto ;)
con media player classic guardando un filmato e aprendo il menù file trovi una voce "proprietà"


apri un file che si vede e apri un file che nn si vede così capiamo quale sia il problema di codec

così ad occhio parrebbe essere un problema di dimensioni e non di codec
