V5 New Project - Proto v0.9

Ciao a tutti,
ecco a voi un'altro Capolavoro di Anthony K.
Una Voodoo5 5500 su slot pci ricreata da zero, con porta passante come la Stoned Shaman, la King Shaman, la Lost Joker 1 e 2.
La porta vga passante, così come nelle altre sue creazioni, permettono di sfruttare una scheda video potente su slot Agp e passare automaticamente, secondo il Game eseguito, alla V5 New.
Basta selezionare da bios, come scheda video primaria, lo slot Pci e lo Switch della V5 New scambierà il segnale automaticamente.
Questa creazione è ancora in fase di test ed è giunta alla vesione 0.9.
L' autore, così come ha dichiarato, sta usando questa scheda per fare esperienza.
La domanda è:
Per quale creazione a bisogno di maturare questa esperienza?
Io voglio sognare ed immaginare qualcosa di... meglio se continuo a sognare...

A Voodoo5 5500 on pci slot recreated from scratch, with a through door like the Stoned Shaman, the King Shaman, the Lost Joker 1 and 2.
The through vga port, as well as in its other creations, allow you to take advantage of a powerful video card on Agp slots and automatically switch, according to the Game run, to the V5 New.
Just select from bios, as primary video card, the PCI slot and the Switch of the V5 New will exchange the signal automatically.
This creation is still in the testing phase and has reached version 0.9.
The author, as he stated, is using this form to gain experience.
The question is:
For which creation do you need to gain this experience?
I want to dream and imagine something ... better if I keep dreaming ...

La V5 New è un Prototipo che è stato creato in soli 2 mesi di progettazione.
La sua creazione, così com'è stato scritto nel post, è strettamente legata all'esperienza da acquisire ed allo sviluppo di progetti più importanti.
Non sarà messa in vendita, come già immaginavo, perché è un prototipo.
Ma questo fa capire, con le abilità e conoscenze acquisite, come è possibile creare in pochi mesi un progetto del genere e così importante.
Questo mi ricorda la strada intrapresa per creare il Progetto Stoned Shaman, King Shaman, Lost Joker 1 e 2.
Partire da un qualcosa di più piccolo per fare ulteriore esperienza e creare qualcosa di grandioso.

The V5 New is a Prototype that was created in just 2 months of design.
Its creation, as it was written in the post, is closely linked to the experience to be acquired and the development of more important projects.
It will not be put up for sale, as I already imagined, because it is a prototype.
But this makes it clear, with the skills and knowledge acquired, how it is possible to create such an important project in a few months.
This reminds me of the path taken to create the Stoned Shaman Project, King Shaman, Lost Joker 1 and 2.
Starting from something smaller to gain further experience and create something great.

12/06/2020 Fast Update 2:
Ragazzi, ho buone notizie e cattive notizie...
La V5 New Pci v 0,9 è stata prodotta in due esemplari perfettamente funzionanti.
Oltre la porta passante dedicata, come nella serie Shaman e Lost Joker 1/2, la scheda video è uguale ed identica ad una Voodoo 5 5500 Pci di 3Dfx.
Come anticipato nel primo post, questa scheda è stata creata in poco tempo e per fare esperienza con il doppio chip vsa-100 in sli su unico pcb.
Il chip singolo, tipo v4 4500, non crea interesse allo sviluppatore.
Vista l'Abbondanza di schede v5 5500 sul mercato, per ora, lo sviluppo di nuove funzionalità per la serie Pci si fermerà quì.
Le schede non sono in vendita.
E' probabile che la prossima Relase avrà lo slot Agp 4x 1,5v compatibile.
Le altre funzioni della nuova Relase sono ancora in fase di sviluppo.
Aspettiamo e vediamo cosa combinerà lo Sviluppatore.
Ci ha già stupito tante volte ed in più occasioni, quindi, aspettiamoci di tutto, forse anche l'impossibile!

Guys, I have good news and bad news...
The V5 New Pci v 0.9 was produced in two perfectly functional copies.
Besides the dedicated pass-through door as in the Shaman and lost Joker 1/2 series, the video card is the same and identical to a 3Dfx Voodoo 5 5500 Pci.
As anticipated in the first post, this card was created in a short time and to gain experience with the double vsa-100 chip in sli on a single pcb.
The single chip, type v4 4500, does not create interest to the developer.
Given the abundance of v5 5500 cards on the market, for now, the development of new features for the Pci series will stop here.
The cards are not for sale.
The next Relase is likely to have the compatible Agp 4x 1.5v slot.
The other functions of the new relase are still under development.
Let's wait and see what the developer will do.
It has already surprised us many times and on several occasions, therefore, we expect everything, perhaps even the impossible!

17/06/2020 Fast Updates 3:
Aggiunta foto con dissipatori.
Lo sviluppatore ha assemblato un terzo prototipo della serie V5 New.
Ha deciso di mettere in vendita due di questi tre prototipi agli appassionati 3dfx.
Per la fine del 2020, se tutto va bene, verrà prodotta la versione Agp.
Le specifiche della versione Agp non sono state diffuse, per ora...

17/06/2020 Fast Updates 3:
Added photos with heatsinks.
The developer assembled a third prototype of the V5 New series.
He has decided to sell two of these three prototypes to 3dfx enthusiasts.
By the end of 2020, if all goes well, the Agp version will be produced.
The specifications of the Agp version have not been released, for now ...

A livello hardware sai dirci qualcosa di più? Del tipo, clock dei VSA100 più alto, memorie più veloci, altre cose che magari a occhio nudo non si vedono ma che poi al momento di giocare, saltano fuori?

Ancora non conosco le specifiche purtroppo, tranne quella delle porte vga passanti che ho descritto nel post.

Comunque, ci siamo amico, siamo arrivati ai Vsa-100 220...

La topologia dei componenti sul PCB è stravolta, e il connettore per la PSU è di una pulizia tanto efficace quanto attesa.

Chissà cosa staranno pensando i progettisti della Voodoo5 5500 di 3dfx...

Questo prototipo è anche funzionante, cioè è stato già collegato a una scheda madre e, inoltre, configurato a livello software? Se si, come va???

Non si limita a creare solo una replica, la migliora e la ottimizza al massimo...

Dai progettisti ormai non ricevo contatti da tempo ed anche in questa occasione non ho ricevuto commenti...
Le specifiche e la funzionalità effettiva le posso solo ipotizzare.
Faccio prendere fiato ad Anthony e poi torno a stressarlo...

Credo che, dopo tutto questo lavoro, Anthony abbia in mente qualcosa di più grande che sfrutta tutte le potenzialità del chip Vsa-100 come gestione della quantità di ram e clock per chip Vsa, velocità e tipo di ram, slot pci e/o Agp 4x 1,5v compatibile e/o Pci-E, Vsa-100 320 o nuovo chip vsa...
