provato avast antivirus?
altrimenti prova a vedere lanciando msconfig se nn ti parte qualcosa di strano in "Avvio"

apparte SNDMon.exe ke è un file di Norton nnn trovo niente di strano adesso installo Avast e poi vedo ..... :(
